Parents and their role in supporting teenagers into living a healthy life, but how could they do that without insulting unintentionally of course, or forcing their child to exercise. I think I found the answer, as teenagers, we don't like being shouted at or forced to do something. We do what we do because, we want to do it with motivation, and enthusiasm flowing in our blood but when were forced to do something were as cold as ice could be. As a boy I'm supposed to be fit I know that because I realized it myself I'm sixteen years old and quite overweight. I always procrastinate and become lazy most of the time and especially my father when he indirectly talks about how I should lose weight, however, I listen from one ear and release from the other. Unfortunately, I realized a bit too late that what my father was motivating me to do was the right thing just like any advice parents give and up always being right in some way. Nonetheless, it's the way they advise us teens is the wrong way because, we always look for things and want them the easy way. So an advice to parents is to motivate us and advise us like they always do however they could do it in a way that they guide us and we go down that of success by ourselves to achieve our goal ourselves. We don't need pressure or forcing all we need is guidance.
